		<description>You will have to demo out the old tile, remove the grout and adhesive, level the wall out and fill any holes with spackle, then re-adhere the new tile, grout and seal the grout.  This will give you a professional look and you won&#039;t have problems later with the new tile you install.</description>

		<description>No, you have to remove them.  Then you have to make sure all the glue is removed from the wall and the wall is CLEAN before you can put other tile there.</description>

		<description>If you are going to retile, use a saws-all to cut around the tiles, then pull the drywall right off.  This eliminates the need for chipping off tiles and sanding away old grout.  Stick up new drywall, and tile again.

Make sure there is no wiring or plumbing behind the walls you are taking down...that could be costly.</description>
