You need to buff the tile to get rid of the rest of the grout haze. Wait till the grout is completely dry, then use a dry sponge or cloth and rub with a circular motion till the haze is gone. I'm sure you realize that the tiles won't be SHINIER than they were to begin with, but they should be AS shiny as they started. Finish off with a silicone grout sealer, used according to label directions, for a long and gleaming life.
Good luck!

Get yourself a sponge that is used for grouting. Turn it to the abrasive side. Wet the sponge, wring it out well and go over the tiles again and again until the haze has been removed. You will probably have to apply some extra pressure, if the grout haze has dried. You will find this happening every time you grout. The removing of the haze is just the final step in the mosaic project. You haven't done anything wrong. Next time, don't let the haze dry and it will be easier to remove.
