I would like to make a mosaic tile, any suggestions on what to make the "cement" out of?

I’m sure there has to be some kind of formula you can make at home that doesnt involve an entire bag of cement… thanks for your time!

Mosaic tiles are usually mad out of clay then glazed on one side.
You can buy the clay at craft shops together with the baking/firing instructions.

Tile adhesives are available at your local DIY store.
You will also find grout there.
