Inspecting and Taping Glass Mosaic Tile Sheets

See how the final steps are taken to inspect all tiles to be sent out, replacing any cracked or broken or otherwise damaged tiles BEFORE you the customer get it. We only ship out first quality product here at Susan Jablon Mosaics. The order is then carefully taped (on the front side) exposing the grooved back side of the tiles to whatever thinset you might install them with. DON’T install with the grooved surfaces facing outwards.

    That is an interesting concept I’m glad they came up with this idea. I thought they would have to press each tile individually into the wall. It must save the installer many hours of work.
