Apparently you can take a digital photo and turn it into a mosaic pattern. Basic program $69: http://www.tilecreator.com/ Advanced program $150: http://www.tilecreatorartistic.com/ demo: http://www.tilecreatorartistic.com/demo.html maybe someday you'll be custom making these for sale to others ;) .
